Snapback. Von Simon and Me habe ich an anderer Stelle schon erzählt, aber die neue Kollaboration wollte ich euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten, außerdem schwirren Snapbacks schon seit geraumer Zeit in meiner modischen Hirnhälfte herum. Diese hier sind aus Filz und zusammen mit Hutdesignerin Evelien von  EUDIA designt und umgesetzt. Für mich hat das junge Label mal wieder gezeigt wie mans macht. Mit simplem Design und schöner Form kann wohl jeder die Snapback tragen. Als mein Freund das Wort Snapback das erste Mal vor mir fallen ließ, konnte ich ihn in meiner Unwissenheit nur schräg von der Seite angucken, aber um die Milchmädchenfrage zu vermeiden habe ich dann gleich mal gegoogelt. Und jetzt weiß ich was die Snapback von einer normalen Cap unterscheidet. Es ist das Element hinten an der Kappe, an dem man die Größen verstellen kann, das eben diese Kappe zur Snapback macht. Das gute an den Dingern ist, dass sie für jedermann passend sind und man nicht ewig seine Kopfgröße ermitteln muss, denn wenn wir ehrlich sind, wer weiß die schon. Snapback. I told you about Simon and Me once before last year, but this time it is about a new collaboration of the label with the hatdesigner Evelien from EUDIA. I must say the idea of a feltsnapback kind of inspires me and I am totally going for the simple design, but yet it looks so fashionable. Boys and girls can wear it, because the colours are pretty much Unisex. But first of all I wanna talk about snapbacks in general. I have to admit that I didnt even know what a snapback is until my boyfriend talked about it, as if it was totally well known. I am such a clever girl not to ask,  but to take my smartphone and google. I found out that the detail that makes a snapback a snapback is the thing on the back of the cap where you can adjust the width of the cap. So that was easy, when you know it. I think Simon and me did a retro and great version of the typical snapback. No comics, no teamnames and no pattern. If anyone is interested in these handcrafted caps check HERE for more.
