EVEN FOR ME. KOCHABO.

Kochabo. Ich hab da mal was ausprobiert. Es handelt sich um ein österreichisches Unternehmen, das Kochboxen und auch Abonnements eben dieser Boxen verkauft. Kochabo. Es gibt verschieden große Boxen, ich hatte die Box mit drei Gerichten für zwei Personen. In der großen braunen Pappschachtel sind dann alle Zutaten für die Gerichte drin und die dazu gehörigen Rezepte. Zu Aller erst muss gesagt werden, dass ich keine große Köchin bin. Also habe ich die Box als eine Art Herausforderung gesehen. Angekommen, wurde sie gleich mal ausgepackt und sämtlicher Inhalt begutachtet. Die Version, die ich ausprobiert habe kostet 30 Euro momentan und ich wollte gleich mal wissen inwiefern sich das alles so rentiert. Also hab ich mir das mal ausgerechnet. Im Grunde zahlt jede Person pro Essen 5 Euro. Die Produkte sind alle nachhaltig und größtenteils aus Österreich. Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt. Das erste Gericht beinhaltete Hackfleisch und mit 500 Gramm frischem Fleisch ist das gerade preislich unschlagbar. Zum Hackfleisch gab es Lauch, Wallnüsse und Frischkäse. Am zweiten Tag gab es dann Seesaibling, das war meine größte Herausforderung und ich habe sie eigentlich solide absolviert. Das war mein erster Fisch und ich muss sagen er hat echt hervorragend geschmeckt. Das dritte Gericht waren Crepes mit Parmesan und Raddicio Salat. Alles in allem fand ich die Box wirklich super. Die Zutaten waren frisch und lecker. Es war ausreichend da, obwohl ich am Anfang schon sorgen hatte nicht zwei Münder voll zu kriegen. Die Rezepte sind innovativ und die Produkte nachhaltig. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt auch. Ein Abo wäre wohl nichts für mich als flügge Studentin, aber wer zu zweit wohnt oder gleich zu fünft und regelmäßig kocht, dem kann ich nur empfehlen Kochabo mal auszuprobieren.Wie steht ihr denn zu der Idee? Würdet ihr euch so etwas abonnieren?

Kochabo. I tried something out. I tried an austrian cooking box and wanted to share how my week of cooking and eating went so far. You can buy different kind of boxes at Kochabo, depends if you want three meals or 5 or for how many people you want to cook. I am not such a big cook, so I kind of took the cooking box as a challenge and had organized a good partner in crime. As the box arrived I explored everything in it and laid it out on the table, so I could see how much really is in such a package. If it is the whole package if you know what I mean. Well I liked what I saw, there was fish and meat. Both very expensive if you care for good quality and the stuff coming from your own country. A box for two and with three meals is about 30 Euros and I think this is a pretty good price. You got everything in it you need and pay 5 Euro per person for a meal that really fills you up and the cooking was a lot of fun. Even for me. I must say I was pretty impressed by what I got and ate good and healthy for three times at least this week. What do you think about the idea? Would you consider ordering something like that?
